[ENGLISH] In reply to '20/20 Stupid in America' on YouTube

This is a comment I posted on YouTube... well, at least TRIED TO POST, since after three consecutive entries (500 characters limit) I got a 'Commenting Limit Exceeded' dialog box... so the rest is here.
„Well, candyland000 – congratulations, You can tune out this interference... But are You really learning that well? Answer me this: would You possibly learn even more, if there was more control over chaos?
And let's try a different approach: say, how about the school evaluating Your summary grades MONTHLY, instead of yearly? AND, if You dropped below, say, D (that'd be 3.0 out here, on a 5.0 – 2.0 scale, 5.0 being the best) – You would just FLUSH OUT... would that make You compete for better education? Would it make You try harder, if for no other reason than simply not to "get fired"? Because that's what it really is – the US is FAMOUS for its legal system concerning employment... so why not schools? Aahhh, but SCHOOLS are ran by the government.
Hm, that explains. Quite a bit.
By the way, it is similar here in Poland (Yay, the Guy On The Show Mentioned Us! xD), up to a certain level. Yes, you go to a ground school you're assigned to, by post code. But after that, other schools are voluntary, and one can choose. The problem here is that most of our public schools offer the same (lame) level of education and 'professionalism'. Yeah, you can go to a private school, or a semi–private school, and get the education. But people will be people – why spend money on school, when you can buy a new TV? "The kid will do fine in a public school" is what they say. They notice something's wrong when their kids fail their finals... at which point it's simply too late.
Well. Duh!“

[EDIT]
YouTube timeout passed, so I finished my comment. ;)
